1. Product Introduction of Automatic Phosphate Dosing Device

The hardness of calcium and magnesium in boiler feed water will produce chemical reaction or concentration crystallization in high temperature environment, and form insoluble scale, which is firmly attached to the heating surface of boiler. This kind of scale is a poor conductor of heat and will hinder heat conduction. In serious cases, boiler tube burst accident may occur. In addition, it will induce and aggravate the chemical corrosion of metal under the scale, which is quite serious. Although the boiler condensate and feed water have undergone strict softening and desalting treatment, there are still a small amount of calcium and magnesium hardness entering the boiler water. If the hardness is not treated, scaling will also threaten the safe operation of the boiler. At present, adding phosphate to boiler water is the most appropriate treatment method.

Basic calcium phosphate is a kind of soft water slag, which is easy to be discharged with boiler blowdown, and will not adhere to the boiler and become scale.
The Phosphate dosing device mainly consists of four parts: solution mixing system, metering and dosing system, safety system and control system.
The solid phosphate is added into the dissolving tank, then the desalted water or condensate is added in proportion for mixing and dissolving, and then added to the boiler drum by the metering and dosing system. The feeding control can be carried out manually or automatically according to the control signal output from the upper system.

The device mainly consists of chemical solution melting and distribution system, metering and dosing system, security system and control system four parts.
Solid medicament has been put into the chemical dissolving box, and then stirred and dissolved by adding desalted water or condensation water in proportion, through metering and dosing system to the boiler steam drum. Dosing can be controlled by manual or automatic--follow up control can be achieved by collecting the output signals from the host system.
